【ドメーヌ・ドーヴネ】 マダム・ルロワの個人所有畑の葡萄のみからワイン造りをしてい ます。 1988 年、マダムはドメーヌ設立と同じ年に、夫のマルセル・ビー ズと共に、サン・ロマンの高台にあるドメーヌ・ドーブネを購入。 現在マダムはラベルに描かれた館に住んでいます。ドメーヌ・ルロ ワとの違いは、ドメーヌがマダム、ファミリー、高島屋で1/3 ずつ 所有しているのに対し、ドーブネは100％マダム＆夫の持ち物です。 それ故に人の意見に左右されない、マダム究極のワイン造りが行わ れます。「Mis en bouteille au Domaine par Lalou Bize-Leroy S.C. du Domaine d'Auvenay, Meursault」とマダム個人名が記されています。 ちなみに "Auvenay" というのは地名から由来しているそうです。 【ドメーヌ・ルロワ】 自社畑の葡萄のみからワイン造りをしています。 1980 年代後半、マダム・ルロワは買い付けるワインの質の劣化、 ブルゴーニュのワイン造り、土壌のあり様があまりにも腐敗したこ とに見かね、自分の畑を持ち自らの手で葡萄栽培から手掛ける事を 決意。1988 年、ドメーヌ・ルロワを興しました。 ワインの外観は、メゾン・ルロワと似ていますが、ネゴシアン物 のキャップ・シールが白色なのに対し、ドメーヌ物には赤色を使用 しているため、愛好家の間では通称「赤キャップ」と呼ばれていま す。またヴォーヌ・ロマネに醸造所を構えるため、ラベルには「Misen bouteille au Domaine Leroy Vosne-Romanee (Cote-d'Or)」と記され ています。 【メゾン・ルロワ】（ネゴシアン・ルロワ） 契約農家から買い上げた葡萄を醸造してワイン造りをしています。 ルロワ社は1868 年オークセイ・デュレスに創設されました。販売 用としては熟成されたブルゴーニュ・ワイン最大のコレクションを 持っていることでも有名で、そのストックは1622 年に造られた最も 古いカーブ他、数ヶ所に約200 万本が眠っています。葡萄醸造学者 のジャック・ピュイセ氏曰く「ここはワインのルーブル。葡萄畑と 彼等の語る言葉に囲まれた文化の時だ。」と賞賛されています。 こうした偉大なるストックは、現当主であるラルー・ビーズ・ル ロワ女史（マダム・ルロワ）の天才的なテイスティング能力のもと、 長年にわたりブルゴーニュ最上のワインを買い付けてきた証です。 ラベルには「Mis en bouteille par Leroy Negociants a Auxey-Meursault (Cote-d'Or)」と記されています。
