Unfurling in the glass with aromas of citrus zest, pear and preserved peaches mingled with wheat toast, sesame oil, vanilla pod, beeswax and smoke, it's full-bodied, rich and textural, with a ripe, enveloping core of fruit that's framed by lively acids and chalky structuring extract. Superb tension and intensity. The palate has ample weight, again, full of electricity and vigor, with just a touch of viscosity (interestingly, more than the 2003 that I had tasted just an hour earlier). I find a little warmth of alcohol on the finish that prompts me to dock a point. Still, its a very impressive Montrachet, though I suspect there are better examples out there.(Vinous, Jun 2024)

生産者ドメーヌ ド ラ ロマネ コンティDRCワイン名モンラッシェMontrachetヴィンテージ2010容量750ml解説ヴィノス: 97点予想される飲み頃：2024 - 2044The 2010 Montrachet Grand Cru has an arresting, flinty nose, displaying a very slight reduction that is pitched just right. Superb tension and intensity. The palate has ample weight, again, full of electricity and vigor, with just a touch of viscosity (interestingly, more than the 2003 that I had tasted just an hour earlier). I find a little warmth of alcohol on the finish that prompts me to dock a point. Still, its a very impressive Montrachet, though I suspect there are better examples out there.(Vinous, Jun 2024)

Unfurling in the glass with aromas of citrus zest, pear and preserved peaches mingled with wheat toast, sesame oil, vanilla pod, beeswax and smoke, it's full-bodied, rich and textural, with a ripe, enveloping core of fruit that's framed by lively acids and chalky structuring extract. 生産者ドメーヌ ド ラ ロマネ コンティDRCワイン名モンラッシェMontrachetヴィンテージ2015容量750ml解説パーカーポイント: 96+点予想される飲み頃：2025 - 2050The 2015 Montrachet Grand Cru is still predictably youthful, unfurling in the glass with aromas of crisp Anjou pear, buttered citrus, tangerine oil and a prominent framing of very classy new oak. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, multidimensional and concentrated, both satiny and textural without being remotely unctuous, and underpinned by succulent, even tangy acids. At this stage, where the wine really shows its pedigree is in its extraordinarily long, oak-inflected finish. Given the vintage, one might have expected more ripeness and drama, but the domaine is picking its Montrachet a bit earlier these days, and that has done it no harm at all in 2015. It would be interesting to taste this wine alongside Ramonet's example, which is both more textural and less overtly oaky, but my sense is that the two are on the same qualitative level in their very different styles.(The Wine Advocate, Nov 01, 2018)
