The original name of the area was 'Maghellan', which came from the Gallic word 'magh', which means fertile soil, and 'Ellan', from the monk St Fillan, which was closely related to the church that stood in the grounds of The Macallan Estate until 1400. Farmers had already been making whisky on their Speyside farms for several centuries. Released in 2007, this is the second decanter in a highly limited, exclusive Macallan collaboration with crystal makers, Lalique. ＜商品情報＞ 品　名 ディアジオ　2021 プリマ＆ウルティマコレクション-2 英　名 Single Malt Whisky The 2021 Prima & Ultima Collection, Second Release Exclusive Experience 生産地 スコットランド/ 分　類 スコッチ/シングルモルトウイスキー ＜商品説明＞ このセットは「ディアジオ社」の所有する蒸留所において 「最初に蒸留した年の樽」や「閉鎖した年に蒸留した樽」による 幻のシングルモルトで構成されたセット。 ファーストリリースのセットは、クラガンモア、ポートエレン、 カリラ、シングルトン、タリスカー、ラガヴーリン、クライネリッシュ モートラックの8本で今回が2回目のリリースとなります。 当然ながら、蒸留所によってそれぞれの樽からボトリングされる本数は 異なるため単品での流通もあるかとは思いますが、 ここまで歴史的で希少なボトルとなるとそれも難しい状態のようです。 オスロスク　1974　47年　48.7度　（700ml） 1974年に蒸留したものを、2021年1月26日に382本が瓶詰め。 オスロスク蒸留所は、1974年1月15日に蒸留が開始されたときに、一番最初に詰められたヨーロピアンオークからボトリングした1本。 タリスカー　1979　41年　47.5度　（700ml） 1979年に蒸留したものを2021年1月26日に556本が瓶詰め。 ストームラッシュドウェアハウスNo.4で熟成されたもので、アメリカンホッグスヘッドで熟成された残り4樽のうちの1つをボトリングされたのちの1本。 ブローラ　1980　49年　49.4度　（700ml） 1980年に蒸留したものを、2021年1月18日に505本が瓶詰め。 ピートブローラの黄金時代に蒸留され、アメリカンオークで熟成された最後の1樽よりボトリングされた1本。このモルトは、安全に保管するために別々に保管され、この最後の1980年が発売されるために開封された樽です。 リンクウッド　1981　39年　52.9度　（700ml） 1981年に蒸留したものを、2021年1月25日に701本が瓶詰め。 この1本は、蒸留所でのさまざまな熟成のプロセスを調査した際に、ペドロヒメネス、オロロソのシェリー樽で熟成されたスモールバッチの樽をブレンドして試験の一環として存在する樽からボトリングした1本。 コンバルモア　1984　48.6度　（700ml） 1984年にしたものを、2021年1月25日に647本が瓶詰め。 この蒸留所は既に閉鎖されているため知らない人が多いかも知れません。コンバルモア蒸留所がが永久に閉鎖される数ヶ月前に1984年11月22日にたった3つのアメリカンホッグスヘッドが保存されました。もちろん、この蒸留所の酒は、現在において殆どが残っておりませんが、このボトルは、今回のプリマ＆ウルティマコレクションの為にボトリングされました。。 ラガヴーリン　1992　28年　47.7度　（700ml） 1992年にしたものを、2021年1月20日に1,081本が瓶詰め。 試験用として、焦がしたアメリカンオークのホッグスヘッドの樽をボトリングしたもので非常に珍しい製品。時が経つにつれて、このスモーキーな性質がまろやかになり、エレガントで滑らか味わいをお楽しみ下さい。 シングルトン・オブ・グレンデュラン　1992　28年　60.1度　（700ml） 1992年にしたものを、2021年1月19日に420本が瓶詰め。 リフィルバットで熟成された原酒を、マディラワインの樽で14年間にわたって2回目の熟成が行われた、シングルトンでは例外的に長期熟成された樽から詰められた1本。 モートラック　1995　25年　52.4度　（700ml） 1995年に蒸留したものを、2021年1月19日に454本が瓶詰め。 ペドロヒメネスを使用したヨーロピアンオークのシェリー樽で熟成されたものよりボトリングされた、非常に複雑で豊かな味わいを持つ1本。 なお、これらの歴史的なボトルですが2回目という事もあり 世界でも販売自体されているところは皆無のようで、 探し集めた情報をもとになんとか訳したものでございます。 私の、訳のニュアンスに誤りがあるかと思いますがお許し下さいませ。 英文のサイトが読めるお客様は、Prima&Ultima Collection-2　で 検索していただければ、過去に開催されたサザビー・オークション等の 情報もありましたので、ご参考にしていただけましたら幸いです。 ＜重要事項＞ こちらはお取り寄せ商品につき、輸入元で完売の可能性もありますので予めご了承願います。今回、日本へ入荷したのは1セットのみとなっており、商品の特性上ご注文後のキャンセルはできませんので何卒ご理解をお願い申し上げます。 販売店：リカープラザ大越酒店 その他：

As a reward the grateful King granted Colin of Kintail the lands of Eilean Donan and the right to use the 12-pointed Royal Stag as the Mackenzie clan crest.The distillery was founded in 1839 by entrepreneur Alexander Matheson, who after 28 years decided it was time to pass on the distillery to Andrew and Charles of the Mackenzie clan, the distillery remained family-owned until 1960 when one of Dalmore's main customers, Whyte & Mackay, took control and continue down that path as pioneers of exquisite cask curation, resulting in a whisky of legendary depth.An impressively aged Dalmore from their elegant Constellation Collection.
